So, you don't know where to start? Well let me tell you, there are a ton of ways to get healthy and fit! There are many types of gyms to workout at. Family health centers, cross fit, boutique style fitness studios. Private and small group training. The outdoors offers parks and paths to walk, job, and bike on. Join a 5k, 10k. Bootcamps, boxing, hikes, paddle boarding, surfing, dancing, Pilates, yoga and stretching to name a few of the many ways you can get active. Don't limit yourself, try new things!
